Using OEM Logo Stamper:  To obtain a copy of OEM Logo Stamper visit it's homepage here.  After downloading and installing the software you'll find it in your start men. Start the program.... if there is no OEM logo \ information detected s message box saying so will be displayed, just click ok if such a box pops up. The screen you see now has 14 editable fields. Each field edits the information described to the left, with the exception of the Logo Image path field which edits logo displayed. Feel free to play around with this tool, although it cannot damage your system, I recommend that you make a note of all the information you changed and their default values. Just to be on the safe side.

Keep your pc at peak performance Pt 2:
As promised here are some guide lines for using CCleaner. As with any registry editing tool you should always backup your registry before making changes to it, this comes in handy either when editing the registry deletes an important key [entry] by accident or when some other program corrupts your registry. CCleaner has provisions for creating registry backups built into the program. When CCleaner loads up the screen you see is the Cleaner screen here you can select which set of temporary / old information you'd like to get rid of, you then click Analyze this produces a summary of the total size of  files to be removed and the details of files to be deleted. If this is ok by you click Run Cleaner. Congrats you've cleaned your temporary files, god house keeping. Clicking the Issues button takes you to the registry cleaner / repair tool. You click scan for issues and it provides you with a list of problems found in your registry, if there is something listed here that you'd like left alone simply uncheck the item, when you're ready to fix the problems click Fix Selected Issues. A message box pops up asking if you'd like to backup your registry, I highly recommend thats you click yes and save a copy of your registry. Another pop up shows information about the first issue, clicking >> takes you to the next issue. Just click Fix All Selected Issues. Great you've found and fixed errors in the windows registry! If after having done this your computer acts weirdly you can always restore the registry backup by double clicking on the .reg file you saved. Clicking the Tools button takes you to a listing of installed programs on your PC, here you can uninstall programs and delete entries pointing to programs that no longer exist. On this same scree you see a button marked start up, this takes you to a listing of the programs that run when windows starts, similar to the msconfig tool.

Keep your pc at peak performance
: Many of my friends complain that when the first bought their pc the speed was much more than it is now. I'm going to tell you the same thing I told them "Do some maintainance!" What do I mean? Windows comes with a utility called Disk Defragmenter [Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > "Disk Defragmenter"], I recommend that you run this utility at least once a month and defragment your drive even if it does no need defragmenting. Secondly if you use Windows XP there is a tool called msconfig [Start > Run "msconfig" (Please don't type the quotes!)] Here you will see six tabs; General, SYSTEM.INI, WIN.INI, BOOT.INI, Services and Startup. The one we're interested in is the Startup tab, select it you'll see a list of programs / DLLs that load the minute you log on to your system. Leave mobsync alone, unselect those that correspond to programs that you don't want loaded. If you are unsure of what to select / unselect contact me and I'll help you out. this little trick allows windows to load faster thus allowing you to  quickly get on with your work or play that you've been ding to win. Third, may I recommend that you download CCleaner. It's a tool that cleans and backs up your registry,  it also removes temporary files and empties the recycle bin. The program is pretty self explanatory, but I'll post some guide lines tomorrow.
